Our team of trainers can go to a location of your choice to train your staff or we can host courses at our training centre in Colwyn Bay, North Wales.

The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, to provide first aid in a range of emergency first aid situations. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide basic first aid in voluntary and community activities.
During this 1 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries. For a more detailed overview of the topics covered.
The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed for those who are appointed to act as a first aider in their workplace. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide first aid in voluntary and community activities.
Over a 3 day period, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of first aid situations, including: assessing an incident, managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, heart attacks, choking, head and spinal injuries, fractures, anaphylaxis and more. On this first aid training course, you will learn how to deal with accidents and emergencies involving young children. This course is designed for those who have an interest in child and baby Basic Life Support governed by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or OFSTED. Our first aid training is aligned to current guidelines published by the Resuscitation Council (UK), Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and First Aid Regulations 1981.
Over a 2 day period, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, including: assessing an emergency situation, dealing with an unresponsive infant or child, CPR, choking, meningitis, head and spinal injuries, anaphylaxis, asthma and more.
The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) covers the full range of skills required by the HSE for first aid, and is the leading qualification for events cover. For those with further ambitions, it also forms the first step towards a career in prehospital care.

The Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support for Adults and Children (RQF) qualification has been designed for anyone who wishes to learn basic life support skills for adults, children and infants. It is also ideal for those who are qualified in providing first aid and are looking to refresh or develop their existing first aid knowledge.

The Qualsafe Level 4 Award in Out of Hospital Adult Immediate Life Support (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification for people who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide out of hospital emergency care to patients requiring emergency and urgent care.
